In order to develop the level of adoption of Enterprise Architecture, you have to "address" three key questions :
The first question is essential to raise an initial interest in Enterprise Architecture among people who are new to this subject.
The second question is about spreading some general understanding of what is Enterprise Architecture, its scope and challenges.
The third question is for people who are ready to start implementing an Enterprise Architecture. Everything still has to be done : decide on a proper Governance Model, develop an Architecture, promote the use of the Architecture, manage change.
